On the very top of the Motovun hill, almost in the centre of the town, there is Motovunhouse, a town house built in 1761. Located in the peaceful and romantic part of the town, it has been entirely refurbished to accommodate nine people.

When You enter the ground floor from the front terrace, you will find a spacious dinning room and a fully equipped kitchen.

Alltogether there are three rooms: two bedrooms and a living room. Each having it's privat bath. Both bedrooms on the first and second floor have three beds. The second floor bedroom offers the possibility of adding a child's bed.

The third floor has a simply equipped living room, where you can relax, read, listen to music or solely enjoy the wonderful view of the vineyards and untouched nature. In the living room in the space under the third bathroom, there is an area for two more beds.

From the living room you can exit to the back terrace, which is adjacent to the city walls. This is an ideal place to bask in the sun during the day and spend an evening in conversation under the stars, make use of the fireplace and barbeque and sip a glass of homemade wine from the nearby cellars.

The rooms are air-conditioned with both heating and cooling system which makes it possible to stay in the house year-round.
